At AnimationShops, we want you to love your apparel, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
